COVINGTON, KY—The Diversity Law Institute has selected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Bill Geisen as the recipient of the 2023 Diversity Award. Geisen received the Diversity Award on November 2, 2023, at the Annual Conference of the Construction Lawyers Society of America, at which DLI participated and co-sponsored, for addressing racism and discrimination in the construction industry in his presentation, “Why Aren’t We Living MLK’s Dream?”
Geisen is a Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the firm’s Covington, Ky., office. He is a member and former chair of the firm’s Construction Service Group. His practice focuses on construction law including dispute resolution, litigation and contract negotiation.
