WASHINGTON, D.C.—Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Bradley D. Jones to the firm’s Washington, DC office. Jones joins the firm as a partner in its Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Division.
Jones is an experienced trial attorney with a practice focused on bankruptcy litigation spanning a variety of industries and business sizes. He litigates fraudulent transfer and preference actions, in addition to other recovery disputes. Jones regularly appears before U.S. bankruptcy courts and defends appeals to federal district and appellate courts. He also represents parties in commercial disputes outside of bankruptcy.
